Egyptian guards kill 2 Africans at Israel border

An Egyptian security official says border guards have shot and killed two African migrants trying to cross the border into Israel. The official says the two migrants refused to surrender after the guards spotted them near the border town of Rafah early on Friday. He says the guards first fired warning shots into the air.
